At the present time, I do not use any.
Did some research and found out that the above programs are approved to use on the Poker sites.
Ya think we that dont are at a disadvantage?

I've never used any of these before either. What exactly do they do?

i use poker tracker and it helps a lot

honestly you could import all the hand histories on your own and put in excel, but poker tracker analyzes it for you

perhaps the most improtant thing on poker tracker is the hud over the tables, you get an aggression frequency rating on every player at the table

best thing to do is to open up a couple tables keep tracker own and then pick and choose after about 20 hands and sit at your prefered table

also it helps me make an avoid list and i notice as many ppl collude online (i'm looking at you russians, in fact playing 9pm and later pst is probably one of the worst times to play as its day time in russia and many work together in groups)

anyways i use this a lot so feel free to ask any questions, its pretty complex at first but easy to use and a must have if you want to improve profits

also before entering tournaments

i highly recommend going to the pokerlabs website and look at the tournament records of the participants

its displays their last 10, so just like in sports betting you want to avoid players that are in form

I use holdem manager but am thinking about trying out poker tracker 3 as Ive heard good things. These programs are most beneficial for those who play multiple tables at once. For instance I 24 table. Having the program allows me to make better decisions when I am less involved in a game because I am in so many at once and am unable to pay close attention to each game. Also very useful for table selection in general. The programs can be beneficial even if playing 1 table, but it helps exponentially when on multiple.
