It is not illegal to play online poker right now, only to transfer money but even those guidelines have not been set as of yet and the banks are fighting it.

I don’t think it has anything to do with not being experts. Online gamblers have been discussing this for almost two years but you want people to jump in to answer your question within seconds on Super Bowl Sunday. Search this section, there are tons of threads and eventually some others will chime in.
