Opened ended parlay

If you play one team and hold off for the other one what is the time frame before the second bet has to be placed?

Hey Yankee, before I used offshore books, I used alocal guy who was a buddy of mine, anyhow I can obv do 100 times more online BUT he did allow open Teasers and parlays. Ive been on BJ for over a year, where do you find/do open parlays???
