Love CFB overtime....if NFL did this it would make TDs more of a premium, which enhances viewership. Just doing it in the playoffs is alright but it needs to be all season long.

i doubt you will ever see the NFL go to the same format as the NCAA.

Vegas would have to take into account if games did go to O/T

totals and spreads would have to be added in to the O/T equation.

Any game that is played where the possiblity of a tie is there, is plain stupid. There has to be a winner and a loser period. Or why play the game?? I think ties hurt soccer viewership in the US.

i like nfl rules better - my only problem with it is kickers in the league are just too good.

teams need to gain 30 yards to be in field goal range

i wish there was a way to do something in the middle - have to score a td on first possession or something like that

Kinda think both offenses should get a chance if the team who has 1st possession in OT scores. Make them kickoff and give the other "O" a chance with a possession.

Agree with the above 2. 50 yd FGs seem to becoming more common. Team that wins the coin flip have advantage would be nice if the other team had a shot to tie or beat the previous teams score in OT.

Agreed. Too much left to chance in the NFL.

should either do ncaaf ot or no ot at all and end it in a draw...the majority of the time the team that wins the coin toss in nfl wins the ot session...pretty ridiculous luck factor there

College OT rules are plain retarded. The NFL just needs to guarantee that each team gets the ball at least once and all will be fine or maybe even just make the extra session 7:30.
