P90X and Insanity Completed; Toyota Triathlon Prep?
I can't find the thread. However I replied somewhere in one back in February.
So I started P90X on March 1st. Completed it on June 21st or so. Then on July 1st I started Insanity, but had to stop August 15th for a surgery. Started again on September 1st and finished on November 1st. I was going to start P90X Plus, however Thanksgiving came around, Ive been traveling, and I just got another procedure done today. I have been getting P90X One on One for MC2 (Muscle Confusion Squared) which is coming out July of next year. The preview one on ones look great. Anyhow, I am going to start working out again pressing the throttle towards the Toyota Cup Triathlons that start April 10th in Miami : Home - Life Time Fitness Athletic Events If anyone is interested in competing in any of those. Let me know. We might be able to form a team. Or if you want to train together. Also, as for feedback on P90X and Insanity. Both amazing workouts. P90X will definitely tone you up and build you some muscle. Insanity will kick your ass and get you going from a Cardio standpoint. My personal recommendation is a hybrid of each. Also I can not emphasize how important eating is. I finally have realized what foods to eat. And that actually eating towards an activity is what its there for, not as a recreation. Also during workout foods are a plus too.
