P90X / Power90
Anyone doing this? or has done it in the past?
Fiancee and I are going to do this starting next week; we'll be done in 90 days right before the wedding.

I am in Wk 7.... It is one hell of a work-out.... The Plyo day is F'in intense... Yoga is tough too.. It does take a lot of dedication (6days/wk workout) and you HAVE to stick to the diet.
I have lost about 10lb, and 3 inches off my waist since i started... Body is definetely changing.. They say you gain the most in the last 6 weeks,, so i am ready for it... Get ready for ALOT of push-ups and pull-ups.. |

yeah im not a fan of either. that will be the most challenging part IMO.
the plyo stuff is intense but our college trainer had us do it daily when we were running 2 a days. |

Started P90 on Feb 1st. Can see a difference already and feel great. I started to control my diet on Jan 1 and lost 35lbs already. Just keep doing it even when you don't feel like it. It will be worth it.

Plyo workout is great....
Obv gets the legs burning but I love it for a cardio day as well.... P90X as a whole not for me though as I have a lingering shoulder injury that cannot handle all the pull ups....use the lawnmower lifts on my back day workouts and the pushup exercises on the chest day workout are great
