Paksuks PSA for the upcoming football season

In just a few short weeks the mall will be in full swing with college and the NFL reg season. As a concerned member of this forum I must insist that those who consistently pat themselves on the back must stretch first or you may injure yourself seriously. I don't want any of our fine members laid up for any duration of time. I request that either Jack or one of our fine mods sticky this thread because I believe it is crucial to the well being of our members. Thank you and please do your stretching
