Parlay punter strikes gold
A TAB Sportsbet punter struck it rich on the weekend when they landed at 309/1 parlay. The client placed $500 on a multi of Sydney, Carlton and the Western Bulldogs to win by under 39 points and Canberra and the Roosters +13 points in the NRL at 309/1 for a win of $155,000. Meanwhile, Darwin-based Sportsbet paid out on a bet of $60,000 at 3.59 on the Western Bulldogs and the Sydney Roosters in the NRL to win for a collect of $155,448.
