PC Cleaners..has anyone used one that was worth the money?

My pc is slow and has tons of registery problems.
I do an online scan and it finds like 3,500 problems, I dont have any viruses that i am aware of.
Has anyone ever tried like mycleanpc or panda type cleaners and was it successful for you, worth the money? Fix the problem? Suggestions?

There are so many people out of work or are working for extra income that can do this for dirt cheap. My friend does this about twice a week to help put away money for his kids college fund.

Get some recommendations in your area and find the best rate and service for your needs.

I've owned Apple laptops for many years and not have had 1 problem with anything except the battery has completely died on 3 of them at a point, had warranties and they replaced them for free each time. Best technology I have ever bought, besides the NES when that came out, wow was that cool.

I use the following on my computer and they are all free tools. Once I started using then, my computer has been faster, more optimal then ever before. I believe you can find all of these at Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

1. Advance System Care 4

2. Crap Cleaner (I believe it goes by CCLeaner now)

3. Super Anti-Spyware (Free Edition). This usually finds things that the Internet provider one can't find & helps increase speed.

4. For Malware, there are 2 good ones I know of. I use "IObit Malware Fighter" & then there is another called Malwarebytes.

If you are looking Anti-Virus protection, two free ones that are good & have got good feedback are:

Avira (Avira Free Antivirus - Download)

Avast (Free Antivirus)

I ran that CCleaner kacknballs and did clean up some stuff, mainly temporary internet.
The register was cleaned of quite a bit also.

LordCC thanks i will try some of them out. I had used avast for a while but it made this pc slower than molasses. I am due for a new one i suppose but like to get my money's worth out of stuff, and this has been a pretty good system.

SCP-There is a registry part you can run too on CCleaner. try that!

Never ,ever pay for these. I use CC cleaner like some others mentioned

It's more than likely that a virus is slowing you down. They don't all show up when you run a scan.

I hope that cleaner that you're thinking of buying is not from a popup...they're the ones that put the monkey wrench in.
