PDA Device - Help needed

Well, after a year and half with working for a small private company, it looks like I will be going back to a major bank. As banks frown on gambling sites, I will need a device that can:

1 - view and access cappersmall clearly, with the ease of posting if required.

2 - acces pinnacle with the ability to place wagers

3 - access work and personal email accounts.

4 - clear phone reception


I have read on CM that the HTC Touch is good but I have never seen anyone with it. The new Samsung (Instinct ?) looks like it could be good. The iPhone in Canada is only available with 1 service provider (Rogers) and it is an i-rip-off. Every Blackberry I have seen/tried cannot load up CM the way I see it on a PC.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Judge. As I am not really tech savy, I want to make the best informed decision. Is it possiblke (and if you have time) can you post a pic of what CM would look like using the HTC?? Please.?
