personal stats/records?

is there a way to keep track of one's stats/records easy? i see alot of mallers
post their wins/lose stats on their thread,and was wondering do u have to
create some format/or what?opinions/help appreciated!

You have to track these yourself. Some post in their signature and just update that. I assume that is what you mean
