Philadelphia Sport Teams...

Why can they never get that win in the big game???? I was just on phillysucks.com, looking for an avatar for seanie mac and I noticed they have counters since when the team won their last championship.. lol..

8365 days, 16 hours, 35 minutes, and 33 seconds have passed since a major Philadelphia sports team won a championship!

9317 days, 16 hours, 35 minutes, and 45 seconds have passed since the Phillies won the World Series!

16556 days, 15 hours, 35 minutes, and 53 seconds have passed since the Eagles won a championship!

11279 days, 16 hours, 36 minutes, and 3 seconds have passed since the Flyers won the Stanley Cup!

8365 days, 16 hours, 35 minutes, and 33 seconds have passed since the Sixers won an NBA Title!

AND
The Phillies are closing in on being the first professional team to reach 10,000 losses all time. Below is the Phillies all time record.
Wins: 8687 Losses: 9889
Overall stats
123 total seasons
72 losing seasons
3 .500 seasons
48 winning seasons

Eagles Stats of Suckage (pains me because the Eagles are one of my favourite teams)
OVERALL Regular Season: 461-510-25

WOW... Philadelphia does SUCK!.. lol
My question is, why can they never do anything in the playoffs/championships when they make it?

I just find 22 years without any sports championship is unbelieveable, and it will most likely be 23 years after this year... amazing...

I don't think San Diego has ever won a World Series or a Super Bowl. It's painful to be a fan sometimes.

But yet... We are still the most PASSIONATE fans in the US!!! Even through all the heartaches and tough loses!

Good thing about that 1980 Phillies Chamionship, I got a ball that year from Kevin Schoshe (spelling) and he lived above my parents. My 2 month old present was a World Series ball signed ball the whole team! I've been offered the world for that ball, mainly b/c we cant win.....

I think there is a actually a "curse" to that ball, you have to take it up to Toronto and hit it out of the park in a Phillies jersey while cursing Mitch Williams, that is the ONLY way we will see the Phillies in future play-offs. heh!

My mom lived behind Bobby Clarke back in the day, she has some cool stuff. The backyards connected that is pretty cool...

Dolphins if we werent passionate like we are, I think Montreal would have bout the Phillies and perhaps Los Angeles would have bought the Eagles by now. JMO
