Phillip Morris purchases US Smokeless Tobacco
PM (Marlboro) buys US Smokeless (Skoal, Copenhagen) for 11 Billion dollars
Deal was agreed to about a week ago It will be interesting to see what plans PM has down the road for the smokeless category
