phone number for Poker Stars

Anyone know a number that I can reach them to talk about an issue....They sure don't want you to call them because they have hidden their number in their site............................

What kind of site doesn't have a customer support that you can call....That's not my problem though.....my problem is that they still have not credited my account with the bonus that they had when I had signed up three weeks ago. I had not checked it since the first deposit. They were having a match 50% deposit or something like that when I had deposited my money.. I was curious to what I did wrong or what I needed to do to acquire the monies in the promo...............

Oh, so if you lose your money right off the bat, then you don't get jack? I only deposited $50 the day that you guys were having one of the first tournaments. I played tonight for about 15 minutes and the money is gone..I wasn't going to deposit more until I found out what the deal was and where they stand with this issue. It really makes me mad that they don't have a number or a "live" customer support.............

Cash games are WAY better for bonus rollover. Stay away from the SNGs till you get your bonus.

Ok. I am now trying to email PS for any info on deposits. When I go to "contact web" it puts me at a log in spot. The page says to put your user name and password for Microsoft passport. I don't know if I have ever had one of those. The default is my name that I had used there and the password is ********* so I was thinking that I could just hit enter and I would be able to contact them. It does nothing. They sure do try and avoid any communictaion at all cost... Anybody know about any of this?

It's really easy.

Also passport is hotmail and some other things. If you have a hotmail account - enter that for your passport. If not - just create a passport. It's 1-2-3
