Photo may put Clemens at the Canseco party

Somebody throw him a shovel, he's digging himself in deeper and deeper here

Photos may exist that show Roger Clemens attended a 1998 party at the home of then-teammate Jose Canseco that was an issue at the Feb. 13 hearings before a congressional subcommittee, The New York Daily News reported.

Such a discovery could undermine Clemens' sworn testimony that he did not attend the party as the congressional committee decides whether to turn baseball's steroids issue over to the Justice Department.
The paper said the photo is owned by a man who attended the party when he was 11 years old and took photos of his baseball heroes, including Clemens. Richard Emery, a lawyer for Clemens accuser Brian McNamee, said he was aware of the new development.
"We have reason to believe it's reliable evidence," Emery said. "We believe there's photographic evidence that shows Clemens was at a party he says he wasn't at."
Clemens produced records indicating that he was playing golf on the day of the party and did not go to Canseco's home. McNamee came under attack during questioning for saying during a deposition that he remembered Clemens being there. The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is expected to refer the entire matter to the Justice Department in the aftermath of conflicting testimony by Clemens and McNamee. A Justice Department investigation could subject Clemens to a lengthy criminal investigation similar to what Barry Bonds has undergone.

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

Who would pardon Roger? Bush`s time is up on January 20th 2009. Bonds has not been found guilty nor has Roger. I love America.

Perhaps Roger MIS-REMEMBERS about attending Jose's party.

What does a picture prove though? Is the picture dated?

An 11 year old took the pictures?

I bet you his thumb is blocking half the shot in everyone one of those pictures lol.

Is anyone shocked? This guy is a liar and his attorney is an idiot. In the immortal words of Anna Nicole:

Maybe he should have told his attorney that so he wouldn't have made such a big deal out of the fact that Roger definitely wasn't there and that McNamee was a liar. And maybe that a-hole congressman who badgered McNamee about being a liar on this issue can apologize. Yeah right.

lol maybe people should not make a big deal over some picture a kid took. maybe we should look at the fact that pretty much every significant piece of evidence points in favor of mcnamee and against clemens.

im not gonna say they have a rock solid case against him for perjury and to be honest, i dont care if they do. what im talking about is the fact that he absolutely 100% (imo i guess) took HGH.

Right on the mark but I do think he will be indicted so I don't think this is over.
