Pinched nerve
Over the last 3 weeks I've been having problems with numbing pain on the left side of my neck and shoulder. It's been confirmed it's not heart related and it is probably a pinched nerve. My last episode caused my coworkers to call an ambulance as I almost blacked out twice. Anyone else go thru something similar?

I had a similar situation, resulted from an atv accident. You need to see a physio therapist. Trust me it will do wonders. I too was checked for blood flow in those areas and had some heart work done, all which came back negative. They will apply shock therapy and hot packs on the neck and shoulder area. After 6 weeks I was 100%.
