Pinnacle Delay

My buddy sent an email to Pinnacle on Friday afternoon to transfer his funds to Betjamaica, but they still haven't processed it. Every time he calls Pinnacle, they tell him that they have huge delays.

I told him that I'd try to find out if others are having this same trouble. He's getting a little worried.

Thanks.

I've made 2 withdraws via Instadebit since Thursday afternoon. The first withdraw took about 20 hours to be processed the second only took about 2 hours.

I guess they must be processing the withdrawls before the transfers.

He just got off the phone with them again. They said the same thing..."We are back logged with requests, yours will be processed within 24 hours."

That's what they said yesterday.

I think it's just a first come, first serve thing. As you can imagine they are probably processing thousands and thousands of payout requests. Keep on them, keep emailing them

He just got off the phone with them again. They said that because of the amount of emails that they got, they had to re-boot their system and the email request probably got lost. He gave them the transfer info again and they said that they would process it.

Sounds like a BS excuse to me. We'll see.

He just got an email back from their customer service dept. saying that they can't process the request because he originally used Neteller to deposit. He has to request a withdrawal that way. Starting to sound a little fishy.

That's normal business practice for Pinnacle. Whatever way you deposited, that's how you withdraw. No change here............

You're right, that's how it always worked for me. But what I didn't understand is why they kept telling him that they were going to process his transfer request to betjamaica when they couldn't. He's just a little pissed cause he couldn't play this past weekend because Pinnacle kept telling him that his request would be processed.

Oh, well...He got his money today by using Neteller, so all is well.
