NeTeller had previously announced that they would comply with the new law once regulations were put in effect so the news that they might be abandoning the US market comes as no surprise. From what I have been told, there were other factors behind Pinnacles decision and I find it highly improbable that the NeTeller news alone would have been sufficient motivation for them to forfeit 60% of their business.
