Exclamation Pinnacle are Dishonest and Lack Customer Service

I warn you all about this as it needs to be shared.

I got my mum to Join Pinnacle Sports.
( She Bets soccer and NFL big )

She put in $ 30,000 and they were happy to take it. Gave her the 10% bonus.

Then a 3 weeks later take it off her as they claim only one per household due to having the same last name.

I have tried to reason with them as we live in Seperate Appartments in a high rise tower but they claim that it the same ending address. Unit numbers make no difference.

Be warned if you open up an account and your brother or father has an account they will take it off you or them.

They have no one to call and they email you back with the same sorry.

The only mistake I made was saying to her to put my Telephone number as one of the contacts if they can not get her..

I hope Doctor Jack has some pull with these people as I opened off the Cappersmall link.

Yet I am sure not even he can get someone on the Phone.

I personally bet with Another Cappersmall sponsor these days as I like the site usage but i will not plug them as I am not a Tout.

I wanted you all to know this as Information and feedback is vital in our game.

So basically you're telling us that if Pinnacle sees another account with the same last name, same physical address excluding unit number, and same phone number, they will assume it is the same household? These guys sound like the crooks of all crooks, I'm taking my money out right now

They Told us the Same household.
Household is defined as the Family Unit..

So If My dad who lives in a seperate address joined he is part of the Household..

and the Same Phone Number was used as an additional contact as she only gives out her Mobile Number after she was Raped by a stranger at knife point. So She likes to keep her Home Number Private.

MY point is they refuse to see reason that we act seperately and have 12 Stories of Building between us. She has been Gambling for a good 10 Years online as she likes the thrill of Victory.

They will not let you talk to management and said just withdrawal your Funds and go.

My warning is that customer service is a Joke and you are better to go to someone like Bet Cris who is only a phone call away or you can you via LIVE HELP to talk to someone. They have a chain of command and will at least talk to you about something.

Pinnacle are like Dictators... is my point...

this is normal procedure

do you think bonus money grows on trees?

unsubstantiated and ridiculous claims

along with immature expectations

Pinnacle helps keet its costs down by skimping on live phone customer service. They do have it available (as any good company should) but it's obviously not something they stress or promote. For some that makes it a book to avoid, for others it is no big deal and the rejuiced juice is the draw. You can't please everyone all of the time - in order to be successful in business you have to find your niche and excel at it.

Guys thanks but we are two seperate people living apart and that is my point and they will not listen.
I opened my account with them like nearly a year ago and that now reflects on her is my point and warning to people.

So If you had two brothers only the one who joins pinnacle first can get the bonus is what they are saying. ( so that makes you your brothers keeper for real )

The point that they do not listen or want to discuss is the point.

Now lets say like a few months ago how they graded a game wrong on me it took over a day to get it corrected via email as they do not have a customer service. So I had to sweat out a big wager.

PS she only went to Pinnacle Sports as her other book closed down MVP sports and she is trapped with money was worried about the future of WWTS. After the companies shares lost 4/5 of there value.

Pinnacle is by far and away the #1 book IMHO. You'll save more money in the long run on their reduced lines than a 10-20% one time bonus unless you plan on jumping from book to book once you've fulfilled the rollover requirements. The only reason I even bother using another book is because Pinny charges $0.25 to buy on or off the 3 on NFL games while better value can be had elsewhere.

The Bonus is 10%, only up to $ 500.. If she was a bonus whore SESH she would of put in only $ 5000 instead of putting in $ 30,000 to last out the NFL season as we all have dry patches.

sportsguy - I am not really sure what you think I can do about this. These books all have policies and I am sure bonus hopping is something they deal with all the time. I am not sure you can expect these books to have someone from Australia go check out and see if it's two different apartments or not. I know Pinnacle is pretty clear about not having more than one account. If I am missing something let me know and I will help if I can but with saying that - I am not sure I see anything wrong with their decision. IMO

Thanks Dr. JACK.....

My Point is you can not get people at Pinnacle to talk to you. Full Stop..

Not to Worry. Bet Cris has the Customer Service and if any book will survive the Current Books crashing it will be that book. I think when you study them all it would be the Fort Knox's of books.

Like this Place is the Fort Knox's of Betting Forums.

My Only concern hearing people on Pinnacle Sports as a book offering better odds all the time, profits will be low and they have more chance of falling in to trouble. We all see this in business on a day to day basis.

I agree that Pinnacle is a good book but lacks a little in the customer service department, kind of hard to reach.
