I've used credit card and neteller.

You can also use western union, or bank wire transfer...

Their all good, especially with Pinnacle, as you are not to expect any problems...

Credit card and neteller are both free for deposits so I reccomend them..

really? Last time I deposited money I think I used neteller.. that was a few months ago though..

just user your CC then, or any method you wan't will go through fine..

some have fees however.

If you set up your account in Canadian dollars, then you can use Instadebit.
