w/o any jokes.. has anyones girflriend, wife, or friends had any experience with this pill or know what side effects they experienced?

Q: Are there any long-term side effects from using the morning after pill?

A: I've asked several gynecologists about the morning after pill, and whether it can be used too much. The answer is no, but they also say that if a patient is using the morning after pill frequently, they should definitely sit down and discuss more effective contraceptive measures. Emergency contraception is just that - it's intended for emergencies, not as a regular means of birth control.

I'm not sure what type of pills you have leftover from your first use, but you should be able to use them. But first, if you have a 28-day pack, be sure you're not taking the sugar pills. Since I don't know what type of pill you have, you should check out the frequently asked questions section at www.not-2-late.com. The first question features a chart that explains the different doses (i.e. which color and how many pills to take) for the different brands.

i dont know who would need to buy a pack. just get one from your neighborhood planned parenthood office.

I've known girls to put on weight when taking the pill, I know its a common side effect for some women.
I'm of the belief everyone should try to remain drug free unless its a last resort or the only option JMO.

if they eat before taking it side effects are minimal or none, usually.

Ok my bad.....we are talking the morning after pill here. My comments above were for the permanant pill. Since the morning after pill is only used and only should be used sparingly side effects are rare.
