Poker Bad Beat Thread

funk it why not? we got a thread for drunks and stoners so why not this ****ing bullshit. I was playing 5/10 NL tonight and took the most god awful bad beats ive taken in the span of 5 hands, which both cost me together 2k. the first one was where i raised with 77 on the button in a 6 handed game and the flop came j 7 4. i bet about 75 the guy in the small blind calls. the turn is a 4 and i bet about 180 the guy calls. the river is a 6 and the guy comes out for 280 and has 140 behind him so i put him all in and he calls. mhter ****er rolls over quad 4s to beat me. then 3 hands later i get AA in the sb and make it 85 to go over all the limpers. get calle by one dude. the flop is 8 5 2 one diamond and im on tilt so bad i just push all in. this guy calls with ak of diamonds. turn and the river are diamonds. i blow a gasket and punchisize my bathroom door to wood shavings. **** online poker and **** all the bad donkeys who deliver these bad beats

Poker sucks. And I should know, I play it constantly.

Bad beat stories are about as interesting as listening to someone describe a dream they had.

Thats exactly why I don't play online. In a casino game people are far less likey to push in chips in those situations as they can releate more to real money that colored chips on a computer monitor.

First one wasnt a bad beat

That second one, same thing happened to me last night. Different flop but the same runner runner with me on AA vs AK of diamonds, kinda sick. Few hands later hit my set and lost again to a runner runner straight from some dude thinking i was tilting.

I'm not a good poker player, but luckily mine was just a 50 dollar loss not 2k. The playerbase is a lot tougher at those limits, but just imagine the donks that roam in small stakes. I love the call stations that call my 10x BB raise with J 3 suited and A 9 offsuit until they hit their 3 outer on the river after being all in from the flop.

I think thats one of my biggest complaints with online poker, whoever gets that bitch seat it suxs for them. Wish I could stay consistent, would take poker up in a heartbeat.

that's strange bfd. I had pocket 8's the other day on ps and the flop came 8 7 6. I pushed all for about $217 and the guy called me with trip 6's. Rive was a 6 giving him quads. I also have pretty much called it quits, it's nothing but bs if you ask me.

yea its pretty fishy at times. all of my recent beats came the 2 days after i had about a +3k session the prior day. it ****in frustrates the shit out of me. i neve find myself beating people like this either which also frustrates me.
