I got money in Bodog but I am done playing poker there... too many bad beats. Maybe just a coincidence but I won't take a chance. I like how I can keep my profit money in poker seperate from my sports betting money in MVP and I am currently doing that. I got $300 in MVP Poker that is all profit that I made on their tables in no limit. No reason to stop with what is working.

First time I played poker there I entered a 3k guaranteed 7+.50 multi table tourney and to my surprise, I took 1st ($750)...however, as I dreadedly expected, I haven't placed in one since after 10 or so entries. I find it very discouraging that I seem to find success at every new site I join early and then I start evening out. It's as if the site wants to keep you interested while you're starting out. I hate to think that way, but it just seems to happen to me everywhere.

Thats how they all work.. Online poker is fixed to some extent. If you play it right (hit them up early when you are up and leave) , you can make some coin. In the long run, they take it all back.
These sites definetely have people playing for them. They are not stupid

Any big site does not have people or bots playing for them. The smaller, sketchy sites probably do.

i agree...but i do believe there is a certain amount of collusion going on at on line sites...i have never seen so many flushes in my life generated on the river and that flush being made because 4 on the board are of the same suit...you never see this type of flush in live games as you do on line...when you are playing sit and go tournaments and the tournament has run for a while and the blinds are pretty high the smaller stacked person almost seemingly as no chance...and it always seems that the river card is so conveniently placed to end the tournament and get you off and onto another one...so they can get the entry fees

I also have noticed that it seems like there are a bunch of flush's, but then again, I only see a very small percentage of the actual hands played per day on the sites I play. You can't really compare online to live games because they are two different animals, the number of hands played per hour on sites like party poker are so much greater than live games that it totally distorts the proportions.
