Poker players had this happen before?

On 4 consecutive hands, I had A-A, A-A, K-K, and Q-Q

Of course it was at Pokerstars. Needless to say I won that tourney, but later lost to someone going all in before the flop with 9-2 suited to my Q-Q and he of course made a flush.

Was yesterday. That may be my claim to fame. It was funny, The first two hands came to a showdown so everyone knew what I had. Won the third without a call and the fourth I won and showed also

Got no business the rest of the way, bluffing with 8-3 offsuit. Everyone was scared to call me. Figured the odds were high, but didn't realize they were that high. I think I used up my luck for a while unfortunately.

If you play at Pokerstars, the odds are probably about 100-1. I have also played games there where I didn't have a face card for about 50 hands

pokerstars is sick... i love being in the sunday million grinding it out all day, stacking people out playing people and putting myself into position to make some real cash only to get all in preflop with aces v jacks and get snapped. i mean i dont get how people can put 80% of their stacks out there vs a reraise preflop. barely made the money, but i was in about 100th place out of 1000 so the payday couldve been better. **** pstars

you're making one assumption...that the cards are being dealt in a completely random way

That's what I mean, I don't think that ever has happened in any live game that I've heard of.

Just like how they randomly assign your seat and I've been in the same seat at the table for like 10 games in a row

Right after starting this thread, watching repeat of "Poker Superstars" and David Sklansky has had pocket Ace's five times in this one match

Something like this happend to me in a live game, diffrent people dealing and no the deck was not stacked. I got 4 hands like this: AA-AK-AK-AKsuited

Also playing online I have got AK 3 hands in a row playing in a HU match on the dog. Since that happend live, and online It has not happened to me since.

So it could happen, I am sure you will not come across this everyday. I hope you took down some nice pots.
