Question Poker, Sports Betting or Casino Games

Which do you like more?

What is easier to win?

What is your favorite casino game?

Do you prefer online to live poker?

Which sports are best to bet on?

Any thoughts?

Which do you like more?
I like poker best overall.

What is easier to win?
Sport betting is the easiest to win but also probably has the longest learning curve of the three (takes most bettors years of hard-learned lessons to become a consistent winner).

What is your favorite casino game?
Blackjack

Do you prefer online to live poker?
Online poker is convenient, but involves only half the skill (& fun) of the game. There is no substitute for a live game.

Which sports are best to bet on?
Whichever sport you have an exceptional understanding of. For most American bettors it is football, because it is popular and requires the smallest learning curve. For me personally, some combination of baseball and pro basketball have been my best sports (however this past year basketball was rough and football was my big moneymaker).

Which do you like more?

Sportsbetting. I'm probably quite rare here I don't take part in any other form of gambling.

What is easier to win?

Sportsbetting, but u have to learn the ropes first.

What is your favorite casino game?

Don't really like any, I feel the odds are too heavily stacked against you.

Do you prefer online to live poker?

No prefer live for sure.

Which sports are best to bet on?

Sports where books have a low turnover, they focus less energy here so are more vunerable.

Which do you like more?
Sports Betting

What is easier to win?
BlackJack. Online POker to unpredictable. Best hand does not always win.

What is your favorite casino game?
Black Jack-Learn to play the hands and the odds properly and you can win 65-70% of the time with proper money stategy.

Do you prefer online to live poker?
Live Poker

Which sports are best to bet on?
NFL, CFL, NCAA FB

Any thoughts?
PLay BJ at the casino 1-2 times a month- Try to win between 1000- 1500.
Set a limit and I stick to it. Once I get to where I want, whether its only been 30 minutes of 4 hrs I leave. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

70% seems high. I play it correctly when I am at the casino and I would take 50%. lol

I used to love playing blackjack in Vegas, but now with almost all the casinos going to a 6/5 payout for blackjack, it has really cut into any minimal advantage a player would have by employing basic strategy

In the long run, employing basic strategy may help you to a less than .15 advantage and even less if using a 6/5 payout table

Everyone can go on runs for a period of time. You have to set limits one way or the other and stick to them. Eventually, they will get their money back

sports betting, I won big on roulette about ten years ago, wanted to put it all on red or black, hey it's a 48% chance of winning! came to my senses and haven't played a casino game since.

The only people who would debate it are online players who have never played live or have had no success at it.

Which do you like more?
I actually prefer craps to anything else

What is easier to win?
As with anything, the more you learn, the more you'll win. Craps seems to have very good player odds and its really the only thing I can win at consistantly.

What is your favorite casino game?
That would be Craps

Do you prefer online to live poker?
Live poker

Which sports are best to bet on?
Gotta be Football and even though I'm losing my ass right now - Baseball.

Any thoughts?
I like Klaze's idea of setting goals. I do that too, but I usually set a time limit on myself and call it a session. I'll decide that I will play for 1 hour win or lose and quit. That is one session. Then I'll go do something else (see a show, play some Keno, eat, etc.) It seems to work very well this way.

Poker is the easiest game for me to win. I love to get under players skin playing poker, and once you do that, they are meat. They try so hard to beat you that they sacrifice themselves. Sometimes I will play like a wild man. Other times I will play like a conservative member of congress. Anything to confuse the other players and get them mad at me. I have found that the general rule (there are exceptions to this) is that the younger the player is, and the more macho he thinks he is, the easier he is to beat. That is why you see a lot of successful women players coming to the front now. They are confident, not macho like 85% of the 21-40 jet set males are. If you want to read an excellent book about the theory of Poker, read John D. McDonald's "Strategy of Poker, Business, and War." An excellent study of how to destroy all of the alleged "know-it-alls" at a poker table, in business, and at war. His theories and strategies made me more money than some of you will ever see. I also do not like tournaments. Those become nothing but a matter of luck once you get into the payoff stage. Players know that they will win something and will take much more risks than if they are playing with their own cash. Raise a pot a grand when the players are playing with their own money and see what kind of reaction you get.

I like both live and online poker for different reasons.

Lots of fish online and it is easy and convienient to play.. there are no physical tells though like you get in live games.

Live games are more fun.. and can be more profitable if you find the right ones. I have never had a problem playing online though.. you see more hands which = more money.

Which do you like more?
Love all three, which is what makes Vegas such a ****ing blast. But sports betting is my favorite hobby, without it, most sports have zero interest for me now.

What is easier to win?
Poker imo is the easiest to win at...not playing the house, you're playing some dead money at the table, although sometimes it is you that ends up losing. Sportsbetting is a close 2nd to being easy to win at

What is your favorite casino game?
I love craps, its such a live and fun game when you get the hang of it. I'm not counting poker in this or that would be fun too.

Do you prefer online to live poker?
Live Live Live

Which sports are best to bet on?
Baseball and Football are my cash cows
