i'm pretty sure under the law the horse the cop is on is part of the police force, and an attempt to intimidate, attack or harass the horse and the cop make the guy culpable for what he did
he may have been drunk, and stupid, but as is usually the case that is not an excuse to attack authority you cannot hear what he said, and based upon that stupid silly dance up to the cops that he did you can assume it was something stupid. Yes the attack by the cops was way over the top and will result in at a minimum some reprimand but honestly i gotta draw the line and say that in a police situation if you choose to incite things you go down, and i have no real issue with this video

if only i had a video in my case. those ****ing cops who abuse the power they are lucky to have wouldn't have a job that they dont deserve in the first place.
what actually happened to me and my friends was a lot worse than this. but this looks bad

 amazing noone else in a crowd as big as u said didnt take a pic or video but I guess the cops got every cell phone. U did it pay the price move on
