u can bash members in there and not get banned but do it elsewhere and you get hooked for little things

Excellent point. I will not even read the threads in there anymore because of the way a few of those freaks act. I have never understood why people get so sensitive with political discussions when most are not really willing to do a thing about the situation they are discussing.

Jack get rid of the political section, its truly lame

usually its 2 members bashng each other, holding grudges, hijacking every thread

theres very little original thought too

I have yet to have seen any political converts at a sports gamblin site too

I agree with Rome. No reason for a political section at a sports forum. My only worry is that if it doesn't exist some of those will end up on main st

i don't care either way, even though i post a lot in the political forum

there are gambling opportunities....obama was 20-1 before iowa, 5-1 in the primaries

if people hold their grudges and carry them into other areas of the forum that becomes an issue imo, but otherwise for me it's a way to kill time until football starts....talking MLB is even less interesting than rehashing politics imo

perfect example is romo...i probably would get into a swordfight with him over politics but enjoy reading his posts in football and hoops, i hold no grudges at all against anybody
