Posada / Jeter

Wow... getting a little too big for their britches...

Posada? really, your 40 year old ass wants to leave? Hit your weight first... whatever position you hit. I didn't hear Carl Crawford crying...

Jeter - those aren't $20M numbers or range you are putting up... Anywhere else, you're a $5-6M/year man... period.

hopefully that rumor on Posada is false... pretty full of himself if it's true...

wow, as if we dont hear about this in the mainstream media enough

pretty obvious but in case it wasnt for you jeter got paid for his past efforts

the yankees knowingly paid him much then his worth, because he is the ****ing man in their eyes and the eyes of the fans

capiche? you get 27 championships then you can question what they do

as for posada he must be bipolar or some shit

What you're saying is bang on with Jeter and I guess you could say the same for Posada (5 rings) Sometimes you just have to get paid even though you know you aren't going to get much out of them in the future. Any team that pays AJ Burnett big cash deserves some pain in my opinion though.

Are you kidding? They have enough money, at this point it's all about ego. Girardi and Posada never got along anyway. Just a big pissing match now. Never liked explayer managers jumping right into the job with exteammates , always going to be problem eventually.

dude really (yes we know)... it's part of the point of them thinking they're better than they are and being such egotistical ****s... let's cut out the condescending know-it-all act... it's old

im not sure what act you are talking about, if you think im smart, its because I am

I dont particularly pick on you, and negatively comment on your posts all over the forum, nor anyone else

I comment on posts, and am not concerend with posters, although there are some who always post dumber then dirt shit, ie sweetleaf, but I still dont follow him around either..

as for your original post, how would someone assume, you "know" he was only iven the contract for past efforts? You make a point to say he would onely be worth 5-6 anywhere else, ok, so? winners are egotistical

anyways I dont get into effeminate conversations, about feelings, I posted my opinion on your original post, sorry you dont like my act

they want to get paid because they are going to be good

they want to get paid because they are doing good

they want to get paid because they did good

who is at fault?
the player who has the big enough ego to ask for all of the above?
the organization that is stupid enough to pay for all the above?
or the fan that keeps paying for all the above?

not placing fault or blame...

simply stating these guys are over-paid and egotistical...

wanting to leave a team b/c you were moved down in the lineup when you can't hit your weight
