Your opinion on...

1. Whey Protein mix for a shake

2. CytoSports---Muscle Milk mix

I usually make a Strawberry Whey shake in the a.m. before work ( 2 scoops w/ some suger)

I usually make a Chocolate Whey mixed with Moca Joe Muscle Milk( 1 scoop each) after my workouts in the eve.


You being the resident fitness guru...what you think?

Well that depends brother what are your fitness goals

what are u trying to achieve with taking your protein drinks and workouts?

Eg. are u trying to get more endurance, toned - defintion, or build muscle mass ?

Or a combination of the three ?

No pal thats not my routine but Ive never heard of the big montana are they good?

Endurance mainly I guess but also would like to gain about 5-10 pounds.I eat like Jaypa but healthy but weight gain is a bitch. I only do weights once a week right now. It's running(3 days a week),push-ups and sit-ups(3 days a week). The weights are mainly for arms,chest,lats.

Toned---I am well toned machine as of now
