Your opinion on...
1. Whey Protein mix for a shake 2. CytoSports---Muscle Milk mix I usually make a Strawberry Whey shake in the a.m. before work ( 2 scoops w/ some suger) I usually make a Chocolate Whey mixed with Moca Joe Muscle Milk( 1 scoop each) after my workouts in the eve. You being the resident fitness guru...what you think? Thanks

It's running(3 days a week),push-ups and sit-ups(3 days a week). The weights are mainly for arms,chest,lats. Toned---I am well toned machine as of now
