Copy and paste lesson....how I do it anyways


If you are on a webpage and wanna post that page as a link for other to see.You have an "address" at the top of your page.

1. Right click once in the adress block. It will come up highlighted.

2. Hold the control key down and hit letter C----- "Ctrl C" all at once, that copies it

3. To print it elsewhere such as in this thread as an example. Come in like you were gonna type something and hit "Ctrl V" all at once, that will paste the link.

Hope that helps....there are several ways to do it but this one is easy

Isnt it easier to right click, go down highlight copy, left click? Then click where you want it copy, right-click again and choose paste, left-click.

keyboard is faster than a mouse, but the mouse is inherently simpler to understand.

Ok guys. How do i put a picture from my computer onto a page here? I see guys do this as well and i have a couple i would like to put on here. Any ideas how to do it from my computer?

Are yo referring to putting the pic into your AV?

Myker....another cut and paste technique for you...........


Lets say you want to cut and paste a paragraph or a couple sentances from an entire article. Rather then pasting the link to the entire page you can


1. Right click and hold down.....this allows you to highlight whatever you wanna post elsewhere.

2. Highlight entire paragragh,etc... then do your "Ctrl C" to copy and "Ctrl V" to paste it
