So i get my oil changed after 3 months ,
has to take
"SYTHENTET OIL , $ 100 BILLS FOR AN OIL CHANGE
gone are the old days
,
WTF ,
all new cars i know ok ,

now car bought in June turn on engine
in Nov
flashing yellow light tells me
regular maintneance schedual "required"

Jeeze only had it sice June.,
5 months ,
6 months
Dec isn't up yet what's up with that?

just ride it til Dec and tell car to

give me a month

I rent from Thrifty and always get full-size. Got in late, no full-size left. They tried to pawn off a "premium" Crown Victoria. Yeah, not 60 that won't work. The only thing left was an Escape. Uff-da, went back the next day and got me a Taurus.

Yes synthetic is expensive.
The maintenance light is set to go on at a certain mileage.

Change my own using synthetic $25. Been driving with a check engine light since I bought the car over 4 years ago. I aint checking shit.

Check engine light just came on today, hopefully just needs a tune up. ****in pile of shit dogged it up the hill then came back to life. Havent done a tune up in like 3 years on the car

I would get it scanned. Could be nothing to worry about or could be major. The ck engine is not on mileage only maintenance light is.

Ya, my buddy has a scanner hes going to hook up to it later. I am thinking its a tune up, because I havent done it in a while and because I am hoping nothing major. Whatever the problem is he will take care of it for me
