SUMMARY :
All you really need to do is break it all down into 5 groups :

16 outs or more : 2-1 pot odds

10-15 outs : 3 or 2-1 pots odds

9 outs flush : 4-1 pots odds

5-8 outs : 5 to 8 - 1 pot odds

1,2,3,4 outs : 10-1 odds or better

WITH 14 OR MORE OUTS , YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CALL AS YOU'RE THE FAVORED TO WIN THE HAND BEFORE THE FLOP.

AFTER THE FLOP GETS TRICKIER DEPENDING ON YOUR POSITION , CHIP STACK VS OPPONENT , ETC...
