jeez i been trying to get my money out for 3 weeks and theres always a damn problem. the first time i tried taking it out, they said i need to send copies of my credit card and id. this frustrated me cuz no other sportsbook ever asked me for this, even though they were saying that every other costa rica sports book asks for it (bodog doesnt). then i send it and request another withdrawal. i wait 5 days, when they finally send me a email saying that it didnt go through, with no specifics on why it didnt go through. it turns out my information hasnt been processed yet, even though the site says it takes at the longest 3 days. i let another week go by, then i request another withdrawal. theyre excuse this time was that the front copy of my credit card is illegible, even though i can see it is clearly legible. so now i have to resend it.

another thing that got me upset is that they proclaim they need the photocopies for security reasons. why did they not ask me to provide this BEFORE they took my money? well i know the answer to that but damn, their business is scandalous.

sorry people at the cappersmall. i just wanted to vent a little. but more importantly, i want my money!!!!

Never had a problem withdrawing money from Cris in over five years. Then again, I don't use credit cards to make a deposit. Good luck.

Some friends of mine had the same problem and they weren't with any Caribbean offshore.

The book wanted everything you mentioned because these guys were doing something very unscrupulous and the book found out.

They did get their money, eventually, but they had to sweat it out.

I used cc with cris one time and they have always wanted this. once when i withdrew I was on vacation and didn't have fax machine so they verified everything over the phone with me by asking a few questions, like which of the following adresses have you lived at? they gave me 4 or 5 choices, I had lived at 2 and answered and they said, "cool." Money was in my checking acct within about 36 hours. I really don't think you have anything to worry about.

I don't know about that.....as that is a lot of information they are retaining.

With the clampdown on online gambling, this information may eventually end up in the hands of the government.
