Problems with World Sports Exchange

Just wanted to post that in the last 2 days I have had 2 issues with World Sports Exchange. The first day I had a wager graded as a loss that was a win. They did correct it, but really wasn't too pleased with the way the situation was handled. The next day I placed a total wager at one number only to find it later that night graded at a total that was 1.5 points higher than the number I placed the wager at. When I called and asked them to check the time stamp of my wager and the time stamp of the line move, they told me they couldn't do that and there was nothing they could do for me. I've emptied my account there, but just wanted to inform anyone else before they ended up in the same situation.

If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special.” ---Jim Valvano

I hope everything works out for you with them, WSEX is one of the top books so I am a little shocked you had problems with them. Real strange that they could not check the time stamp on your total play. They should have record of what time you put your wager in, & also what the line was at the time of your wager. Are you able to pull up that play in your account to E-mail & show them the # you got it at?

Yeah Red, I've had a few small problems with them over the last couple of years, but this has basically been about $500 in 2 days that has been in dispute with them and I'm a little tired of having to beg for what is mine. I clicked on 127, the header said 127 when I placed the wager and that is what I wrote down on my worksheet that I keep. When I pulled the report to dispute it, they graded the wager at 128.5. I tried to explain to them that I wanted them to check the time stamps of my wager and the time stamps of the line moves as they said they only move lines by half points. I said I understood that but wanted them to see if the line moved so quickly that it was an error in their system, but the supervisor told me that wasn't possible. Truth is I refreshed the lines before I went to place the wager to make sure I had the correct line and was on the site for less than a minute while I placed the wager. She was very short with me about it and wasn't willing to help me. This simply left me with one option and that was to close out my account and make sure I posted this so others are aware of their unwillingness to do the right thing. I've always liked WSEX for live betting and of course an alternate book to shop lines, but when you steal my money, I'm done with them.

I know at most books if you place a wager and the line does change just before you put your wager in, the site will tell you there was a change in that current number and you have to click ok before you can except the new number. Try The Greek or Bookmaker for larger action, they both have great service. BET JM is a real nice book as well with A+ customer service. With those 3 books you cant go wrong. GL

Nor have I.

GHoop, you should call CS back and discuss this with a supervisor. I'm pretty confident that they can provide you with evidence that supports one side or the other in your dispute.
