Is it profitable to fade?

I have been following a guy on tv that makes daily picks on about 5 games a day. This guy is a born loser, seems like a great guy to drink with though, i am thinking about playing against every one of his plays for 1 unit. anyone think this is a bad idea or is it money in the bank?
