Although it must have come to him in a dream

It's winter in Iowa
And the gentle breezes blow
Seventy miles an hour
At twenty-five below.
Oh, how I love Iowa
When the snow's up to your butt
You take a breath of winter
And your nose gets frozen shut.
Yes, the weather here is wonderful
So I guess I'll hang around
I could never leave Iowa
'Cause I'm frozen to the ground!

lol... making rhyme Iowa and hour... lol... more like rap than poetry

but well, my first poem sucked more...

but as advice... if your poem is short, you shouldnt make 25% of your verses end on teh same word, except you want to use it as stylistic device

I get pretty pissed when I shovel all the snow off my big ass driveway and a couple hours later I have to do it again.I love the mountains but if I ever get a chance my ass is moving to a warmer place
