Question for Goods, Whodi, Legion....

Currently the futures are POPPING, Dow +420 at 4am, Nasdaq +62....

Do you guys think the run will last through the day's trading? Or do you think it reverses? Do you think we continue to go up-down-up-down with soooo much volatility?
Might we get a run-up for a couple of days??

I'm long 10 Oct55 calls of RIMM(paid $4.20) and just curious what you think it might rise to today. What would be a good exit strategy? They expire at the end of this week.....

Would you sell after the markets open and maybe run up 5oo points(in case it reverses and ends up 300 down again) or would you hold for later in the day..... or hold into Tuesday or even Wednesday???

Your input would be greatly appreciated.....i know you guys have the experience and have great insights

Also, I forgot to add, RIMM announced the release of their new phone today in the US, the BlackBerry Pearl Flip, maybe to coincide with the upcoming bull run in the market.
Will this make it pop even more today, Tuesday, Wednesday??

I'm hoping for a huge short squeeze today(this week?), just wondering when to get out??
Thanks for any input. And i hope you grabbed your GOOGLE Whodi cuz I think it is gonna fly into Christmas!

the only advice i can give is the advice that these guys have given me. always sell into runs and take some profits off the table. if we have a good run sell some of the calls and maybe hold some to see what will happen. always good to get some money in the pocket.

With traders in control and investors bailing, this market is insane. Anything turns it on a dime. We should get a nice bounce today but buy on the dip if your buying. Traders will be taking profits on the opening pop.

Overall fundamentals are still rough. Like Legion says, sell into the runs. Even if we get a big rally this week, expect another selloff before we finally bottom.

Haven't followed RIMM, not sure what to tell ya there.

Thanks for your advice guys.
Goods, you confirmed what i was thinking, just wasn't sure in this market if it couldn't sustain it for a day or two.
Hoping RIMM hits 62 on the opening surge
