Question for someone?

Yesterday I saw a Thread where you started with a thousand dollars and bet one game each day in MLB. Is there an entry fee for this, and if not where is it located today.
Thanks

Anyone's input would be appreciated. I've got three questions.

Are we supposed to pay taxes on internet winnings?

If we're starting with a bankroll of say $25 k and taking two withdrawls a month are we sending up a red flag?

And finally, would it be better to do cashier checks or western union or are we safe using e-check both in and out?

Again your responses would be appreciated.
