I had an issue with them regarding a pay out on money won from a free play. They actually responded to my complaint in one of the forums where I post. I was paid by Moneygram right away. They even credited me with a $100 free play for my troubles.

played there a bit on a promo offer and busted out. CS seemed good, lines were pretty vanilla. If they pay they should stick around
