Real Estate Investments

Anyone know any good websites or other resources I can use to locate foreclosed and bank owned homes in my area? has anyone looked into investing in real estate for the near future with the drop in the real estate market? Some may think Im crazy for even considering it but you have to take chances to make money, Im young and stupid, and if Arod can get away with that excuse Im gonna stick to that.

hud.org...some houses need a little work but most don't. just thought about this. a friend went to an agent and let her know his intentions. she keeps her eyes open for him and lets him know when she sees something. he bought several houses then sold. used his profit to then buy an entire apartment complex. his tenants pretty much pay the entire loan. he told me after 7 years he would have his loan payed in full!!

realtytrac.com, you have to pay for subscription service to get specific addresses and information, but off of yahoo.com they provide city/street/sq. foot, bedroom, sort by price etc. nationwide, set it to whatever area ya want.
