Only 1 Rule no Vegas and no European Countries(fan of european women)

If you're really looking to get with some women and like European women try Argentina...specifically Buenos Aires. Lots of Italian and German influenced women down there that are hot as hell. Personally, I wasn't a fan of some of their attitudes...some were kinda stuck up which is weird for South America. But whatever...overall they're still hot. They call Buenos Aires the Paris of South America. Lots of things to do and it's a pretty city.

Costa Rica would def be a good choice too. Beautiful country and def some good looking women but in my experience they looked more Latina/Indigenous looking. Would prob be a bit cheaper then BA and would certainly save you travel time.

Having said that...go to BA.
