Real Jumblya
In honor of the Saints my wife is cooking real life Jumblieya today..I bought her two pillow size bags of jumbo Vietnamese shrimp and sea scallops from Costco, and she got everything else needed to make authentic New Orleans Jumblelieya. All I need is a Jax beer now

Can't wait

You would think somewhere in the exclusive foothills of Denver there would be world renowned seafood market with the best seafood from around the world...then again, there is always the economical Costco.
