In my public profile it says I have 3 referals? What does this mean as not long ago it was at 1.

It means.. you have been bad.. and 3 people don't like you.. lol.. I believe it means on 3 occasions someone has found what you said as offensisive or on those lines, and have referred what you posted to dr. jack and all mods to get their attention!
