Reward Points FAQ

Q: Why does it say "check" next to my name but "donate" next to others?

A: This is normal. When a member looks at his/her own name it will always say "check". This is so you may check any reward transactions you have sent or received from other members. When you look at another name it will always say "donate" so that a member may donate a reward point to someone for a good post or whatever.

Q: Why can't I see my rewards?

A: You are most likely viewing the forum on an older forum skin. On the bottom left of the forum you should see a dropdown menu. Make sure you have selected CappersMall Look or default. You can also do this in your userCP.

Q: What can I claim with my rewards?

A: You can claim your rewards for CappersMall gear, sportsbook cash, electronics and more. Click this thread for more information.
