Riddle me this?

I have been a "so called member" for a while now, I say "so called" because I really don't contribute that much when it comes to "picks" or "my selections" when it comes to down right betting. The reason is, because I don't think I can really contribute in a positive way to the forum. For example, I loved Clemson today, also liked UT, Mich St., South Caro, Ohio St., and OU. That would be 3-3 with also liking Okie St. -14.

I love College football, NFL, and College bball. My passion is golf, but not betting purposes, just love watching and observing, not to mention playing.

My point is, that I have been a small bettor for more than 15 years now (50-100, 300 max and rare) and not very good. I don't capp like many of the ones do here, I just play it by what I see and here. So, do I start posting and maybe sharpin my skills, knowing that it is a posted record, or do I just sit back and enjoy the community of this forum and try to make a small "fun" profit by observing members picks?

I guess it depends on what you want to get out of betting. If you wanna just do it for fun then it doesnt matter. If you want to progress yourself then try figuring out some games by yourself and locking them in before you look at other posters plays, and see how they compare.

I started trying to figure out MLB by myself for the past month or so, and it seems to be getting a little bit better. Just go with my own style and use different stats to try and determine my picks.

I know probably most about football so I can use some of the information along with stats and what not to try and determine games, although I am starting to like MLB more.

So I think it all depends on what you want to take out of betting on sports to whether decide on whether you want to post your plays or follow others, but it does help
