a 92 year old lady in L.A. was given a ticket for over $ 100

because she was walking too slow crossing the intersection.
She didn't make it across by the time allowed .

The policeman on a motorcycle said she was obstrcuting traffic causing
other motorists to slow down ...

I think it's a little f'ed up because she was old. On the other hand, I hate it when the light turns green but I can't go because someone is taking their sweet ass time crossing the street. Most times it's some young punk with baggy jeans.

Im driving down a congested road, inbetween uptown charlotte and a nearby suburb, everybody drives around 10-15 miles an hour over the limit. So I am driving 55-60 and see an upcoming redlight. Naturally begin to slow down. As I come to a complete stop, I feel a nudge, and was hit from behind, I look in the rear view mirror, a women who must have been 80 years old, I dont even get out of my car, she barely hit me at all.....I let it slide...cuz thats the kinda guy I am......so light turns green, begin to fly down the road again.....next stop light....SHE HIT ME AGAIN!!! Was not happy
