I just watch games in my conventional living room now for the last 7 years when she moved in. I had two spare rooms and one was similar to yours with an assortment of mostly 80% music stuff and 20% sports stuff. Had to make space in a spare room and eventually she took over. So now I've only got one spare room and all my goodies are packed in boxes top to bottom from the two rooms.

I have most McFarlane Football action figures and my fav one is #80 Wayne Chrebet of Series 2--by choice of being an NFL nfan, not a Jet fan per se. If you've never seen it go to their site and check that pic (cuz I can't do it )

In a year or two I'll get a bigger house with a couple extra rooms for me again.
