this is the cop's fault. it is his fault because he should have handled the situation better.


what does he think when a person goes to the hospital with two women and another man. is he going in there to sell drugs??? or shoot someone? the car isnt going anywhere???? he is walk into the hospital with moats and see what is going on.


it is bad judgement and it is a shame that the people in charge of keeping us safe are so ignorant.

Dallas cop totally screwed up. He has no compassion what so ever. A lot of people rip the cops, but there are good and bad in everyone and he was a bad one. I`m sure after the police review is done, his job will be done also. I feel sorry for Ryan Moats and his family.
