Thumbs up Saw "The Police" at America West Last Night

Helluva show.

Sting sounded exactly the same, 25 years later. Andy Summers was amazing, as was Stuart Copeland. All of them in top form at 55+. No new album, so concert was pretty much wall to wall hits.

Sound system was the best I have ever heard. I guess Summers is really into the sound quality and oversaw the technical aspects of such for the tour. Album quality sound. Light show was clean too.

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

Opening act was Sting's son. He has a, here is a shocker, three person band with a guitarist and a drummer, while he plays the bass and sings.

I saw the last half of thier act and they are pretty good but he sounds so much like Sting and the set up is so similar to early Police that it is hard to take it for much else.
