Scary BetJM moment.
So I log into my BetJM account and I see my balance is $0.00. And I know I had not taken any money out of my account. I don't use my BetJm account all the time, but I did lay everything I had on the Colts Sunday night, and then it was all gone.

I called their support and the lady said someone hit the wrong button or something like that. But no one had my account info.

Scary moment there.

So I take it ended well and you now have your correct balance ?

Payout errors happen all the time, if it happens in your favour mums the word hehe.

Yes, they did correct my balance. I have never had this happen though. Their staff was very helpful and friendly. I will still continue to use them as one of my books for sure.

Glad it worked out and it's one of the good things about having a book with GREAT customer service so they can resolve issues or problems
